As our fourth real estate transaction with you it was our most critical and we could not have gotten through it as easily or stress free without your expertise. Selling a rental property that we had a lot of time and a lot of money invested in could have been a disaster in this marketplace, but in just three weeks on the market you had two offers. Within a month and a half we closed on it. It seemed like a miracle, but I know it was due to your hard work and expertise.
As I speak with others about their real estate transactions I continue to count my blessings that I had you on my team. I hear about disaster after disaster, not being able to get a hold of their agent, the agent not have any expertise in the area, and in general it never being about the home buyer or seller, but rather about the agent and their time table and their agenda. You were always there for me and my type-A personality and were even able to take most of the stress away from me (which my husband is forever grateful for!). Handling the contractors, getting great prices for the work being done, and making sure everything was perfect before we put the house on the market.
I will never use another realtor and will always refer my friends and family to you.
